elconservatorio.es is a new initiative of the old music group La Tempestad.

We have been together since 2000, although as individual musicians each of us began long before to travel miles. If you want to know more, you can meet us through our website or Facebook. We’re also on Twitter and Instagram.

Our regular work includes many hours of practice and rehearsals, concerts in numerous halls and festivals, recordings… and travel, lots of trips.

But traveling a lot doesn’t mean having time to visit the cities: working days are usually intensive and end at dusk.

However, the musicians also eat and above all we relax at dinner time, after the concerts: after time, in La Tempestad we share the common hobby to know the gastronomy of the different places.

At each event you will hear a selection of pieces drawn from the latest projects or repertoire that are being prepared by the musicians of La Tempestad. Always in small format, we will choose a concept or topic as the starting point for these relaxed meetings.

Each occasion will be an opportunity to taste the same flavors that La Tempestad or one of its musicians will have experienced in their recent concerts. Alongside this, our usual star products or samples of various gastronomic collaborations.

We will talk about the backroom of the work of the musician and the group: rehearsals, obstacles, joys, travels, anecdotes, scores, tools, doubts. Enjoy storytelling and the process, and get to know the backstage (everything beyond the stage).
