Pablo Suárez Calero, fiddle – Bach «Sei solo»
The Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin by Johann Sebastian Bach were created around 1720 and have been preserved in an impressive manuscript whose first page reads: Sei solo a violino senza basso accompagnato.
The violin only as an existential challenge.
Pablo Suarez will offer us a selection of dances from this prodigious collection. Among them we will have the opportunity to listen to the Chacona de la partita in Re BWV 1004, a masterpiece of the History of Music, in a unique, supernatural, unrepeatable version, with the collaboration of:
